Downtown Divas Inc. has been licensing the Downtown Divas name since 2004. All the locations you will find in the location finder section of the website are licensed locations. What this means is that the owners of the locations pay a fee and sign an agreement that authorizes them to use the Downtown Divas name. It also gives them access to Downtown Divas years of successful retail experience. This experience coupled with the strong reputation of Downtown Divas offers the biggest value in licensing the name. It will keep you from making the mistakes that most new businesses make in the critical start up and first few years of business.

Downtown Divas guides you through the steps required to starting your own successful business. These steps include starting your own corporation, choosing a location for your store, build out and decorating of the location, and acquiring everything you need to open the doors for your Grand Opening from inventory to racks and fixtures, and a POS system.

By Signing the Licensing Agreement Store owners agree to buy 50% of their replacement merchandise from Downtown Divas authorized vendors. These vendors will change from time to time to reflect trends and quality of merchandise. The authorized vendors help keep the look of the stores similar but not the same and allow stores to create some individuality while still controlling quality on our end. In return for the knowledge and on going support from Downtown Divas, store owners agree to pay an initial Licensing Fee and a minimal monthly fee for the use of the Downtown Divas name.
